Cancelled Status

If a Creative Partner does not achieve active status during his/her three-month rolling inactive period, his/her account is cancelled and all access to the Initials, Inc. ordering system is terminated. If a Creative Partner moves to cancelled status, their downline is rolled-up permanently.

Once cancelled, a Creative Partner has six months to reinstate by calling Creative Partner Support to process their $25 reinstatement fee. They have the current enrollment month and the following month to submit $250 in Personal Sales Volume (PSV) or his/her account will return to a cancelled status.
