The My Activities page is your quick stop shop for viewing all of the tickets that you have opened with Creative Partner Support.
Please sign into your help center for access. This login and password is different from your iOffice login. You will need to set it up as a first time user. The user name will be created with an email address and then you will create a password.
When you are signed into your help center, you will see a drop down arrow next to your name. Please click on this and then select My Activities.
This will show a list of your tickets and current status of each.
