How to reset password using Initials, Inc. App

  1. CP should go to https://storefronts.shop/home/
  2. Click the Login button
  3. On the Login Screen, Click the Forgot Password? link
  4. Enter email address  and click  Reset My Password
  5. A dialogue box will appear indicating that reset token has been sent to your email account. Note: the reset token email will come from Info@Appview.co with a Subject line of AppNotch password reset. It can take 10-15 minutes for that email to be sent out and received. CP should also check spam folder if they don’t get it within a reasonable amount of time.
  6. In the email, they click on the link to reset the password.
  7. On the form, they can enter and then confirm the password they want on the account (there is no restriction about using a former password, so they can reset it to their IOffice password again…).
  8. They then should confirm their success by logging into the dashboard and the app again.
