- CP should go to https://storefronts.shop/home/
- Click the Login button
- On the Login Screen, Click the Forgot Password? link
- Enter email address and click Reset My Password
- A dialogue box will appear indicating that reset token has been sent to your email account. Note: the reset token email will come from Info@Appview.co with a Subject line of AppNotch password reset. It can take 10-15 minutes for that email to be sent out and received. CP should also check spam folder if they don’t get it within a reasonable amount of time.
- In the email, they click on the link to reset the password.
- On the form, they can enter and then confirm the password they want on the account (there is no restriction about using a former password, so they can reset it to their IOffice password again…).
- They then should confirm their success by logging into the dashboard and the app again.
