Please submit a CP Support Request Ticket noting original order number in regards to exchange request for review.
Current season products that are non-personalized may be returned for exchange if in original packaging. Each would need to be returned to the Home Office address with notation of ticket number with approval.
Sender would be responsible for all shipping costs. Sender may send by carrier of choice. Home Office team would process an order for the new product with appropriate overage charge/shipping/tax costs.
