Can I change the address on my order?

Thank you so much for your patience in awaiting the arrival of your product(s). While iOffice is designed to offer complete flexibility in order entry, once an order has been submitted for fulfillment, we unfortunately do not have the capability of making any changes to the order.

Once you receive your shipping notification, there is a link to FedEx that will allow you the option to hold the order for pickup.

FedEx Hold for Pickup allows you to request packages to be held at a FedEx location or various retail locations.  You can pick up packages on your schedule at locations that are convenient to where you work or live.

We are not able to make an address change to the order.
