Initials, Inc. ships to physical addresses within the United States via FedEx. All individual orders ship directly to the customer or Creative Partner.
All orders submitted with a P.O. Box or incomplete address will be shipped to the Creative Partner for distribution.
Party orders ship in two ways:
Party order shipped collectively to one address. Most orders included within a party will ship collectively to the Hostess for her distribution to her guests. All orders shipped directly to the Hostess with the party order are charged a lower shipping amount based on our shipping grid. See current Order Form for rates. A Creative Partner may choose to have the entire party order shipped to an alternative address by changing the ‘address field.’ However, Initials, Inc. recommends shipping party orders directly to the Hostess.

For all orders, surcharges apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping and Handling charges are taxable in all states except AK, DE, IA, ID, MA, MT, NH, OK, OR, UT and WY.
Once an order is shipped, an automated email will be sent to the Creative Partner’s email on file to notify the Creative Partner of the shipment. Creative Partners can also monitor their shipments by receiving tracking information through their iOffice. Because every email setting is different, and it is the responsibility of the Creative Partner to maintain a current email address, Initials, Inc. will not be held responsible for any email not received by the Creative Partner. Shipping status on all orders is available 24/7 through the Initials, Inc. iOffice.
If a package is not received, Creative Partners have 10 days to contact the Home Office from the date it is marked Delivered. This is to allow Initials, Inc. a timely follow-up with the shipper. Initials, Inc. will not be held responsible for reports of packages that have not been received beyond 10 days.
